Happily Display are committed to ensuring the full satisfaction of our customers purchases. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product hence our policy is tailored to be fair and transparent, aligning with our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their orders within 3 working days of placing them. To initiate a cancellation, please immediately contact our customer service team with your order details.
Cancellation Fee: A non-refundable cancellation fee of 15% of the order value will be applied to reimburse our processing and restocking expenses. The fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Return
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve full rights to refuse any return for products that do not meet these conditions. Kindly check with our customer service team on your product return eligibility.
Return Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a typically 10-14 working days.

Product Conditions and Exceptions
Minor Imperfections: Due to the nature of the materials used in all display cabinets, minor imperfections do occur and it does not affect the overall functionality or overall aesthetic of the product. Hence could not be ground for a Return.
Damages and Issues: Please always inspect your order(s) upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
