As well as keeping Happily Display indemnify against any costs, damages, or injury potentially sought by any third parties.
Product Descriptions, Pricing, and Availability
We make every effort to accurately describe and price our products. However, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Products and Services Terms
Our products are all come readily assembled with free delivery service and 24 months after-sales service and warranty. These products and services come with limited situation, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any of the above provided.
Due to natural of materials used in our products, there will be minor imperfection in the materials that we could not control or avoid. Eg, Foreign matters could be found in tempered glass due to the method of fabricating it, which does not render the glass as defective, but under unknown situation, might causes the glass to break spontaneously.
Free delivery is only for within Singapore mainland, excluding places like Sentosa, Jurong Island and or any offshore island.
Readily assembled cabinet delivery is upon the possibility of location whereby there must be proper lift access, steps/ stairs not more than 3 steps for the delivery team. Otherwise, an on-site assembly will be required, and additional fee is chargeable.
24 months after-sales and warranty services cover only on the product quality and does not cover any inappropriate usage of cabinets that might cause damages to it. Our finding will be as deem final.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
