All sales are final. We do not accept returns once the item has been delivered. Please ensure you have reviewed your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Due to the nature of the materials used in all display cabinets, minor imperfections do occur and it does not affect the overall functionality or overall aesthetic of the product. Hence could not be ground for a Return. Eg, minor scratches and dents. slight stains on glass material.
Please always inspect your order(s) upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All our cabinets come with a 12-month after-sales and warranty service. This covers product quality issues but does not cover damage caused by inappropriate usage.
