By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Full payment is required before production or delivery is confirmed. We accept PayNow, GrabPay, and major credit/debit cards.
Orders may be cancelled within 3 working days of placement, subject to a 15% non-refundable cancellation fee. After 3 working days, all orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Free delivery applies to standard residential addresses on the Singapore mainland only. Sentosa, Jurong Island, and other offshore islands are excluded — please contact us for arrangements. Ready-assembled delivery requires proper lift access with kerbs or steps not exceeding 15 cm in height. If your location has curbs or steps higher than 15 cm, a special delivery fee of $68 applies. If staircase carry is also required, an additional fee of $120 for the 1st floor and $38 per subsequent floor applies. Our team will discuss and confirm all fees with you before your delivery date.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been delivered. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on product conditions and warranty claims.
12-month after-sales and warranty services cover only product quality defects and do not cover any damage resulting from inappropriate usage, mishandling, or external causes.
